Vegetable Yaki Udon

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Udon Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 200g swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cups shredded wombok cabbage
- 100g snow peas, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 175g pack WOKKA Yaki Udon Stir Fry Sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook the mushrooms for 1 minute. Add carrot, cabbage, snow peas, capsicum, spring onions, noodles and stir fry sauce.
- Step 3 - Toss well until noodles have been heated through and are well coated.
- Step 4 - Serve Yaki Udon noodles garnished with sesame seeds.
