Beef Mee Goreng Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Singapore Style Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 250g beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 200g Green beans cut into halves
- 200g Baby Corn Spears
- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, stems and leaves chopped
- 175g pack WOKKA Mee Goreng Stir Fry Sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear beef & set aside.
- Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion, beans, corn and broccoli stalk ends for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4 - Return beef to the pan with the noodles, broccoli leaves and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
- Step 5 - Serve Beef Mee Goreng and noodles garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.
