Thai Style Beef with Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Golden Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 400g beef steak (eye or rump), thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 80g snowpeas, sliced
- Thai basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan. Sear beef, in batches until golden, set aside.
- Step 3 - Add remaining oil to pan and cook the garlic, capsicum and onion for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4 - Return beef to the pan with the sauces, sugar and snowpeas. Heat through. Add noodles and toss well until noodles have been heated through.
- Step 5 - Serve beef and noodles garnished with thai basil.
