Let us walk you through how to create this delicious noodle dish!
What you’ll need: ⬇️⬇️⬇️
1 pkt (440g) Wokka Udon Noodles
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 heaped cups of sliced wombok
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
200g of green prawns, peeled
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup spring onions, sliced for garnish
METHOD:
Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until softened, drain toss with sesame oil and set aside.
Heat vege oil in a wok over high heat, making sure the wok is very hot add prawns, spread them out so that they start to colour. Add the garlic and chilli and stir until garlic starts to caramelise. Add the wombok with half the sugar and soy and stir till wilted. Add the noodles, oyster sauce and remaining soy and sugar to coat the noodles. Toss through the spring onions and serve.
