Honey Soy Chicken Stir-Fry with Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Golden Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 400g chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch baby bok choy, stems and leaves chopped
- 175g pack WOKKA Honey Soy Stir Fry Sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear chicken, in batches until golden, set aside.
- Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and bok choy stalk ends for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4 - Return chicken to the pan with the noodles, bok choy leaves and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
- Step 5 - Serve Honey Soy chicken and noodles garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.
