Honey Soy Prawn & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Golden Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 300g raw prawn meat
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 400g Traditional Stir Fry mix vegetables
- 175g pack WOKKA Honey Soy Stir Fry Sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok and add prawns, then remove and set aside.
- Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and stir-fry vegetable mix for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4 - Return prawns to the pan with the noodles and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through.
- Step 5 - Serve Honey Soy prawns and noodles garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.
