King Prawn Golden Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients
- 440g Wokka Golden Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250g King Prawns, Peeled
- 175g Lup Chong (Chinese Sausage)
- 3 tbsp Dark Soy
- 3 tbsp Light Soy
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 tsp water
- 1 Cup Bok Choy
- Coriander leaves and sesame seeds to serve
Instructions
- Step 1 - Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat, add diced Lup Chong sausage, then add prawns and allow to colour.
- Step 2 - Add soy sauces and chicken stock.
- Step 3 - Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry, add to wok to thicken sauce.
- Step 4 - Cook noodles according to pack instructions, drain. Add the noodles to the wok and coat with sauce.
- Step 5 - Add bok choy & stir through.
- Step 6 - Serve & garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
