Pad See Ew with Beef

Ingredients
- 440g pkt WOKKA Flat Rice Noodles
- 2 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- White pepper
- 2 tbsp lightly flavoured oil
- 400g beef rump, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 bunches broccolini, cut into 4cm lengths
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Sliced chillies and Thai basil, for serving
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes. Separate gently with hands and drain well. Combine the sauces and pepper, set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat half of the oil in a hot wok or large frying pan. Add beef in batches until well seared, set aside. Wipe out the pan.
- Step 3 - Pour a little more of the oil into the pan and add the eggs, tossing until cooked through. Set aside.
- Step 4 - Add remaining oil and cook the broccolini and garlic for 1 minute. Return beef to the pan with the combined sauces, noodles and egg. Gently toss and serve garnished with chilies and basil.
