Satay prawns with Singapore noodles

Ingredients
- 1 x 440g Wokka Singapore Noodles ⠀
- 12 raw king prawns
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 80g smooth peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar ⠀
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce ⠀
- 1 tablespoon Jimmy's satay paste ⠀
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric ⠀
- 200 ml coconut milk ⠀
- 2 teaspoons oil ⠀
- Lime ⠀
- Fresh Coriander ⠀
Instructions
- Step 1 -Heat the oil in a medium pan or wok. Add the curry paste, cook over high heat for 1 minute, or until aromatic.
- Step 2 - add the garlic, peanut butter, fish sauce, soy, satay paste, sugar, chilli flakes, turmeric and about 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk until smooth.
- Step 3 - Add the prawns and remaining coconut milk and simmer till sauce thickens and prawns cooked through.
- Step 4 - Prepare noodles per instructions on pack. ⠀ Serve satay over noodles with fresh lime & coriander.
