Ingredients

  • 1 x 440g Wokka Singapore Noodles ⠀
  • 12 raw king prawns
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 80g smooth peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar ⠀
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce ⠀
  • 1 tablespoon Jimmy's satay paste ⠀
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric ⠀
  • 200 ml coconut milk ⠀
  • 2 teaspoons oil ⠀
  • Lime ⠀
  • Fresh Coriander ⠀

Instructions

  1. Step 1 -Heat the oil in a medium pan or wok. Add the curry paste, cook over high heat for 1 minute, or until aromatic.
  2. Step 2 - add the garlic, peanut butter, fish sauce, soy, satay paste, sugar, chilli flakes, turmeric and about 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Step 3 - Add the prawns and remaining coconut milk and simmer till sauce thickens and prawns cooked through.
  4. Step 4 - Prepare noodles per instructions on pack. ⠀ Serve satay over noodles with fresh lime & coriander.
