Teriyaki Beef with Thin Egg Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 x 220g pkt IGA thin egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 500g beef fillet, thinly sliced
- 16 – 20 beans, top and tailed then cut in half
- 400g can corn spears, halved
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- ½ cup beef stock or water
- 250ml teriyaki marinade
Instructions
- Step 1 -Soak noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Step 2 - Heat a large frying pan or wok, add oil and beef and cook for 3 – 5 minutes. Then add vegetables and stock, stir-fry for a further 5 minutes. Pour sauce over beef and vegies, add noodles and toss to combine, allow to cook for 3 minutes covered then serve.
