Thai Chilli Basil Beef with Rice Noodles

Ingredients
- 440g pack WOKKA Rice Noodles
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 400g beef rump, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 175g pack WOKKA Thai Chilli Basil Stir Fry Sauce
- Thai basil leaves and sliced chilli, for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1 - Soak the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2 - Heat a little of the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Sear beef strips in batches until well seared, set aside.
- Step 3 - Add remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and capsicum for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
- Step 4 - Return beef to the pan, also adding the noodles and stir fry sauce. Toss well until noodles have been heated through and are well coated.
- Step 5 - Serve Thai Chilli Basil beef and noodles garnished with basil leaves and chilli slices.
For a truly authentic Thai dish with a hint of chilli.
